Respond to calls to provide efficient and immediate patient care, with 70% of assignments involving emergency transports to emergency rooms. Work closely with dispatchers to determine response strategies and use verbal and written communication skills to accurately capture patient care details. Follow company protocols and standards of care while managing squad inventory and ensuring proper PPE usage on lightweight Stryker POWER cots. Prior knowledge of HEMS Mobile Touch is a plus, though bariatric patients are not accepted. Flexible scheduling includes 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts, with two 16-hour weeks establishing full-time status. The team operates across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, offering overtime opportunities.
