Job Summary
EMT responds to emergency and non-emergency requests, provides basic life support, and transports patients to medical facilities. Must meet EMT certification requirements, possess a valid state driver’s license, and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and physical capabilities. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current State EMT certification
- Current State driver’s license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and transporting patients
- CEVO (Certified Emergency Vehicle Operator) or Falck USA equivalent within 3 months
- American Heart Association CPR for the Healthcare Provider Card
