Emphasizes balancing approximately 80% field work with 20% office work and supporting energy management and building automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior construction experience required (technician, assistant PM, or related role)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn company project management software
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
