Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for leading day-to-day HVAC and building automation service and project activities. Manages scheduling, staffing, and resources; oversees safe, efficient, on-time delivery; mentors field and technical teams; supports hiring and onboarding; drives installation, service, and retrofit work; resolves operational/technical issues; collaborates with internal teams to ensure project success; builds and maintains client relationships; handles escalations; focuses on productivity, process standardization, and safety/compliance across service and project work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, building automation, or a related field
- Leadership experience managing teams, projects, or field operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with both internal teams and customers
