Job Summary
Intensive in-home Mental Health Counselor role providing 1-1 counseling, family systems work, case management, and ongoing documentation in the greater Richmond area. Responsibilities include seeing clients in the community, developing individualized service plans, completing progress notes and quarterly reports, coordinating authorization for services, and participating in supervision and team meetings. Must be registered as a QMHP-C with the Virginia Department of Health Professions. Opportunity for licensure supervision toward LPC or LCSW and potential leadership pathways; full-time with benefits and a supportive, client-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- QMHP-C registration with Virginia Department of Health Professions or eligible for QMHP-C status
- LICENSURE supervision toward LPC or LCSW (optional path)
- ability to provide in-home and community-based mental health services
- experience with children and adolescents preferred
