Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years dispatch experience preferred (EMS, fire, police, or high-volume medical dispatch)
- Proficiency with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems
- Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced call environments with accuracy and composure
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
