Job Summary
Conduct detailed field walkdowns of client assets to capture equipment hierarchy, instrumentation, and asset data. Generate and apply equipment labels aligned with project standards while supporting population of Master Asset Listings within CMMS and CCMS platforms. Participate in team meetings to provide updates and insights, and perform peer quality reviews of documentation prepared by junior members. Assist with inventory coordination, stockroom organization, and vendor coordination for spare parts. Requires a high school diploma, three years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with CMMS platforms like SAP or Maximo. Based in Fort Washington, PA, this role supports operational excellence and drives smarter maintenance decisions through accurate asset data management.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based tools
