Job Summary
EMR Site Specialist to join the IT team at Northwest Specialty Hospital. Under the supervision of the IT Director and in collaboration with Clinical Systems Analysts, responsible for direct support to clinical operations and patient care teams to facilitate introduction, acceptance, integration, and optimal use of the Greenway EMR and related applications. Activities include end-user training, onsite support, workflow analysis, design, process improvement, and assistance with the Greenway EMR and supporting applications. Requires expert-level computer skills (Microsoft Office suite; SharePoint preferred) and the ability to translate complex information into clear formats, with strong analytical, communication, and collaborative abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of EMR/EPM systems and related healthcare processes is required.
- 2 years of end-user training and/or implementation training support is preferred.
