Job Summary
EMR Operations Specialist responsible for monitoring and maintaining the information workflows and automated ROIs behind Apricot's EMR system. You’ll oversee automated workflows (RPA), identify issues, troubleshoot, and collaborate with Engineering, Product and Operations to prevent repeat problems, improve system reliability, and document issues and resolutions. Training occurs in the OKC office for several weeks, with a Hybrid remote work arrangement in Oklahoma City, OK. Strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, problem-solving, and clear communication are essential; experience with EMR systems is not required, and role emphasizes ownership and cross-team collaboration.
