Prepare and execute restaurant, bar, room-service, and banquet services while greeting, attending to, and advising guests to ensure excellence. Register orders, issue invoices, and process payments. Assemble and disassemble rooms, restock materials, and coordinate with the kitchen and other departments. Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and workspaces; participate in inventories and consumption control. Handle guest complaints to drive continuous service improvement and train new staff when needed. Adhere to quality, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards. Immediate availability required; experience in restaurant/bar functions essential.
