Empowered Voices Program Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations of the Empowered Voices Vocational Rehabilitation Program, including participant intake, scheduling, transportation, and staff supervision. Serve as the primary referral point for partner agencies, assign case managers, and develop daily activity schedules while monitoring program quality and compliance with Federal, State, and CARF standards. Provide group coverage for job coaches, manage safety protocols, and collect performance data through surveys and electronic records. Collaborate with community job coaches and the Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority to ensure excellent program delivery and address operational concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- Supervision experience
- Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities, solve problems, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities
- Ability to be CPR and First Aid certified within 90 days of hire
- Possession of, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire, a valid Michigan Chauffeur License
- Continued eligibility to operate agency vehicles in accordance with SVRC's driver qualification policy
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, electronic health record systems, scheduling software, email, and other technology required to perform the essential functions of the position
- Successful completion of Criminal History Background Check
- Organized and self-motivated
- Able to work as part of a team
