Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA support to a child during an 8-week summer day camp. Implement behavior plans, support skill development, and help the child engage in group activities, games, and social interactions to promote positive behavior, independence, and inclusion. Collaborate with supervisors and team members, and collect data as needed in a natural, camp setting. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior ABA experience is a plus but not required, with training provided. Position runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, in Harrison, NY for a summer program.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in psychology, ABA, education, or working with children
- Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay engaged, active, and attentive throughout the day
- Prior ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
