EMPOWER - Developing Leaders Executive Development Program (Jazz X LUMS)

Conduct problem-solving workshops to address inclusivity barriers and build empathy among diverse teams. Resolve office conflicts as opportunities for growth while establishing a culture of trust to promote synergy in varied groups.
