Job Summary
Identify individual interests and skills using functional assessments to facilitate customized job placements for people with disabilities. Negotiate employment opportunities while addressing employer concerns and maintaining job seeker confidentiality. Provide on and off-the-job supports to increase successful work outcomes, utilizing data collection to document support effectiveness and guide fading from job sites. Modify or develop new workplace supports as needed based on performance data analysis. Identify and develop natural supports within the workplace environment. This role reports directly to the Supported Employment Manager and operates statewide.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- valid non-provisional driver's license
- 18 years of age or older
- ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays
- empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals
- zero-tolerance policy for abuse
- drug-free workplace
- drug screening required
