Job Summary

Lead role in providing employment and consultative services and supervising staff at Maine CareerCenters; oversee career consultation and job search assistance across in-person and virtual environments; build partnerships with employers and community organizations; deliver information sessions, write reports, and ensure strong customer experiences; drive continuous improvement through data-driven evaluation and stakeholder collaboration.
