Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in integrated community work settings by providing one-on-one coaching, training, and skill development. Monitor progress through documentation, assist clients in exploring career interests and securing employment, and educate employers on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities. Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations to ensure successful long-term work outcomes. Required Qualifications
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
