Job Summary
Provide on-site work instruction and support for deaf adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities at their job sites. Model appropriate workplace behavior, offer hands-on assistance, and guide clients through self-advocacy and communication strategies. Teach personal growth and health management skills while fostering independence. This role requires strong American Sign Language (ASL) skills and at least one year of professional experience. Full-time Monday-Friday hours from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. include travel between Roseville and Sacramento with mileage reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or Certificate of Completion
- at least one (1) year of professional, relatable experience
- Must be a driver with CA Driver License, current auto insurance, and a clear Motor Vehicle Record
- STRONG AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE (ASL) skills
