Job Summary
Provide outstanding support to adults and high school students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to attain or maintain employment. Meet clients in homes and workplaces while conducting outreach and advocacy throughout the community. Empower individuals to reach their full potential through resume creation, interview preparation, on-site job training, benefits planning, and assessments. Collaborate with agency partners and represent Northwest Center at outreach events to build relationships with local companies for job opportunities. Independently manage schedules to ensure appropriate service time for each student. This community-based, hybrid-remote role supports clients facing complex barriers, requiring occasional nights and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 + years of experience working in a disability-focused human services field
- hands-on experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Valid Driver's license
