Job Summary
Provide employment support services to individuals with mental health diagnoses, IDD, and/or substance use disorders; develop individualized dream/employment plans using personal outcome measures; identify organizations for volunteer or employment partnerships and maintain relationships; support individuals in considering long-term employment goals, work history, strengths, and disclosure of psychiatric status to employers; perform job development activities to place individuals in roles aligned with their goals; ensure documentation and collaboration with teams, families, and community resources; spend 65%+ of scheduled hours in the community performing job duties; assist with career development and opportunities for raises or promotions; travel and driving may be required; Monarch emphasizes person-centered, community-based supports and ongoing training and certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in Human Services (Required)
- Driver's License (Valid) - USA
- Qualified Professional (QP) - Monarch-DSM
- Experience: 1-4 years with adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, and/or substance use disorder
