Job Summary
Coordinate schedules and transportation for adults with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders seeking employment. Assess individual skills and abilities to match job seekers with appropriate work opportunities, then support them through application and interview processes. Develop employment readiness skills using systematic instructional techniques, compensatory strategies, and positive reinforcement while monitoring performance data and soliciting feedback from employers and coworkers. Implement behavior support plans as needed and collaborate to develop natural supports in the work environment. Write detailed progress notes, submit authorization requests, and prepare monthly or quarterly reports for referral sources. Assist in developing individual service plan goals and participate in annual planning meetings with clients, guardians, and support coordinators. Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, respond to inquiries promptly, and liaise with local employers to secure placements. Work collaboratively with the Employment Services Supervisor to foster positive relationships and ensure high satisfaction with program communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Valid driver's license
- Access to approved personal vehicle

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders
- Experience providing employment services
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekends
