Job Summary
Provide case consultation, crisis intervention, discharge placement, and individual or group work to assist clients in meeting basic and employment needs. Complete accurate documentation, advocate for clients to secure income and benefits, and educate them about competitive work opportunities. Offer direct placement, conduct pre-placement visits, and provide long-term job coaching for stability and retention. Develop job opportunities through community networking, facilitate transportation as needed, and offer field-based services. Maintain confidentiality, participate in program meetings, and provide expertise on work trends and employer profiles. Shift coverage includes part of the on-call team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience or associate degree and 3 years' experience or 5 years' experience in related field
- Valid CA driver's license
- current auto insurance
- Cultural competency understanding
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment needs of individuals with behavioral health needs
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- EHR software
