Job Summary
Maintain an assigned supported employment caseload, providing job development, placement, onboarding, and on-the-job coaching for individuals with disabilities. Support clients with applications, interviews, workplace expectations, and accommodations while collaborating with employers to promote inclusive hiring and retention. Deliver transition-focused instruction, pre-employment skill development, and job readiness training aligned with individual employment goals. Coordinate with schools, families, and counselors to facilitate successful transitions to employment or adult services. Complete required documentation and billing in accordance with ADRS and CARF standards. This role serves Covington, Butler, Crenshaw, and Pike Counties on a 32-hour hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Individual hired for role must live in Covington, Butler, Crenshaw or Pike County, Alabama
- High school diploma required
- DMH/ADRS Customized Employment Training required or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and reliable home internet access required
- Valid driver's license required
- Flexible schedule availability may be required
