Job Summary
Fill 100% of qualified job orders with urgency by qualifying, documenting, and assigning associates to clients across Office Services, Light Industrial, and Professional staffing. Make 50 MPC calls weekly and additional inside sales calls daily to convert verification contacts into appointments and schedule recruiting sessions. Recruit, interview, and retain a qualified pool of associates by adhering to the Express Employee Selection Process and completing mandatory employment verifications. Generate and expand business by broadening client bases, conducting safety tours, and inviting prospects to marketing events. Increase office effectiveness through daily communication and synchronize sales and recruiting efforts with team members. Perform related duties including composing reports, resolving time card and billing inquiries, and assisting with collections. Conduct business in accordance with Express Guidelines and applicable Federal/State legal regulations.

- Ability to conduct business in accordance with Express Guidelines and applicable Federal/State Legal Guidelines
- Knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act
- Knowledge of Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act
- Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act
- Knowledge of the Equal Pay Act
