Job Summary
Plan and implement a job development strategy for multiple individuals, assess strengths/weaknesses, identify motivators to apply in the workplace, present skills to aid in job searches, assist with professional resumes, teach and support job functions, maintain progress records, and foster a transparent employer/employee relationship as a public representative of Reaching Beyond Limits Employment Services. Strong interpersonal and written communication, time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills; experience with people with disabilities; proficiency with Google Suite is a plus; education includes a high school diploma with a bachelor’s degree in human services strongly suggested; requires ACRE certification and a valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- ACRE Certificate (required or must be completed within first nine months of employment)
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and insurance meeting $100,000/$300,000 liability minimum
