Job Summary
Employment Specialist (Part-Time) in Pittsburgh, PA to coach individuals with disabilities toward competitive employment. Responsibilities include coaching clients to develop job skills, assisting with resume creation, interview coaching, guiding through job applications, and on-site support at job sites. Requires working with clients to reinforce or develop essential skills, accurate documentation, and collaboration with license/department staff during inspections. Starting pay is $19.50/hour. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, two years’ full-time experience supporting people with disabilities, and a valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
