Job Summary
Join AWARE as a PACT Employment Specialist in Missoula, MT, contributing to Individual Treatment Team efforts by delivering treatment, rehabilitation, and support services, including vocational-supportive counseling, job-seeking skills training, on-the-job performance assessments, job coaching, and crisis coordination. Responsibilities include assisting with work-related supports (grooming, transportation, wake-up calls), preparing reports, maintaining documentation, attending mandatory trainings, and guiding clients toward vocational goals while upholding AWARE’s Core Values and wrap-around philosophy. Requires High School Diploma or HSE, two years of mental health experience, IPS training within six months, and a Montana driver’s license with a clean record; pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.19 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or HSE required
- Two years of experience working in the mental health field
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid Montana Driver’s License; acceptable driving record; acceptable criminal and protective services background check
- Employment Specialist will be required to complete Individual Placement and Support (IPS) training within six months of hire
