Job Summary
Facilitate onsite job instruction and transport individuals to and from various locations while maintaining a confidential environment. Work as a liaison between employers and employees to secure job placements, ensuring goals and plans are implemented. Mentor individuals to build social skills and relationships, providing follow-along support and guidance. Complete intakes regularly, maintain record-keeping standards, and submit accurate billing weekly. Mentor your team of Employment Specialists by providing training, mentoring, and support. Ensure individuals are placed in the most appropriate and least restrictive jobs based on their needs and interests.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pass criminal record and healthcare registry check
- Pass driving record check if providing transportation
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Commitment to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Current First Aid/CPR blended or classroom certification
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours including nights
- Willingness and ability to work weekends
- Willingness and ability to work overtime
