Job Summary
Facilitate onsite job instruction, transport individuals to various locations safely, and market to prospective employers to secure job placements for people with disabilities. Work as a liaison between employers and employees to ensure needs are met while providing training, mentoring, and follow-along support to build social skills. Complete regular intakes, maintain accurate record-keeping, and submit weekly billing by scheduled deadlines. Achieve an average of 12 job placements per fiscal year and meet quarterly revenue objectives. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety policies, including lifting up to 40 pounds independently.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pass criminal record and healthcare registry check
- Pass driving record check if providing transportation
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Commitment to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Current First Aid/CPR blended or classroom certification
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours including nights
- Willingness and ability to work weekends
- Willingness and ability to work overtime
