Job Summary
Empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to obtain meaningful employment by providing one-on-one coaching, training, and skill development in integrated community settings. Monitor progress through documentation, educate employers on work opportunities for people with disabilities, and advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations. Assist candidates in exploring career interests and securing long-term job success. Starting at $18/hr with weekly pay, this role offers flexible scheduling including part-time shifts and short commute times near South Charlotte or North Charlotte. Required Qualifications
