Employment Specialist IPS

Develop employer partnerships to identify and customize job opportunities for individuals in the program while acting as a liaison with employers, public, and private employment agencies. Market the skills and strengths of people served and program support services to drive business development activities. Independently organize weekly activities to manage a caseload of 20-30 individuals, providing counseling, job coaching, and on-the-job training to support placement and retention. Collaborate with colleagues across Goodwill business units to pursue job leads and cross-sell services, maintaining all necessary records and progress reports. Serve as an ambassador for Goodwill in the wider community through volunteer opportunities, transition fairs, and employer outreach events.
