Job Summary
Coach, train, and support a caseload of 40+ clients through assessments, skill training, job placement, and follow-along services. Coordinate employment-related activities, transport clients as needed, and maintain professional relationships with employers, funders, and community partners. Complete client documentation per licensing requirements, track progress with attention to detail, and use technology to ensure accurate communication. Work independently while collaborating with team members to help individuals with disabilities discover strengths and achieve meaningful employment in the Burnsville area. Must reside within 15 miles of Shakopee and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Two years of related work experience
- Degree in human services/social services
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a MN DHS background check
- Must live within 15 miles of Shakopee
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
