Job Summary

Conduct direct and indirect job coaching and employment supports for individuals with disabilities to develop and maintain skills for competitive integrated employment. Perform assessments, support job development, and provide follow-along services while collaborating with supervisors to build employer partnerships and maintain community business contacts. Offer transportation when needed and provide coverage or assistance when other staff are unavailable. Complete accurate documentation, attend required trainings, and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards. Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable record, including passing the SOAR365 driving test. Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends, meeting monthly billable hour requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human services, education, social work, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services, education, rehabilitation, or a similar setting
Ability to build strong relationships with individuals with disabilities, families, employers, and partner agencies
Ability to apply a person-first, individualized approach to employment planning
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Strong documentation skills
Understanding of positive behavioral supports
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a SOAR365 driving test and maintain driving eligibility
CPR/First Aid certification
Therapeutic Options certification
ACRE certification
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Ability to provide transportation when needed
Ability to meet monthly billable hour requirements
Ability to complete accurate and timely documentation
Ability to attend required trainings and meetings
Ability to ensure compliance with all agency policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Ability to conduct assessments
