Job Summary
Support adults with disabilities in job placement, career planning, and on-the-job training while monitoring their health and safety needs. Facilitate employment assessments, job readiness training, and follow-along services to ensure stability and growth in the service area. Build relationships with local businesses, clubs, and organizations to foster workplace connections and resolve community integration barriers. Ensure adherence to agency policies and state and federal regulations. Work 40 hours per week with some nights and weekends.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2 years in employment services, sales, marketing, or public relations
- 1 year of direct service experience
