Job Summary
Deliver work-related services including vocational evaluation, assessment, job readiness training, skills building, and job placement referrals. Address employment concerns and needs of patients in conjunction with the established treatment team. Maintain a valid Arizona driver's license, clear motor vehicle record, and current Behavioral Health Technician certification. Requires one year of experience in behavioral health or medical fields and six months of recovery from substance use or mental health disorders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in either the behavioral health or medical field
- Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing)
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in behavioral health or medical field
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
