Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day case management for working and non-working clients, conducting job readiness assessments covering substance use, legal history, and health needs. Deliver employment counseling through resume building, practice interviews, and job search guidance while maintaining accurate client data and monthly reports in Salesforce. Foster strong relationships by participating in case conferences, sharing best practices with colleagues, and representing Chrysalis to stakeholders during site tours. This role requires independent judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to support diverse client populations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting with others with diplomacy and tact
- Strong organizational skills, including effective time management and the ability to work and make decisions independently
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately yet maintain flexibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with 'can do' attitude and initiative
- Willingness to travel to meetings (mileage reimbursed)
- Computer literacy required
- Must be proficient in Internet research
- Must be proficient in MS Office programs
- Willingness to learn other applications as needed
