Employment Specialist

Deliver IPS Supported Employment for assigned clients, engaging individuals toward competitive employment in community job settings. Conduct job development and job search activities, maintain a minimum of six face-to-face employer contacts per week, provide follow-along supports, write and adjust individualized employment plans with input from the mental health team and family, educate and support employers (including negotiating accommodations), coordinate with vocational rehabilitation counselors, transport clients as needed, and participate in weekly treatment-team Meetings to integrate vocational services into mental health treatment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in mental health, social services, or business, MO Class E license by start date with reliable transportation; benefits include PTO, holidays, comprehensive insurance options, PSLF eligibility, and more.
