Job Summary

Employment Specialists support job seekers through career preparation activities including resume writing, online job searching/applications, and mock interviews, while delivering person-centered case management. They coach clients to identify needs, connect them to community resources (GED, ESL, Vocational Training, Digital Literacy), coordinate intakes and onboarding, perform data entry and progress documentation, and report employment outcomes. Additional duties include planning job fairs and workshops, collaborating with staff and volunteers, and meeting placement goals. The role is primarily onsite at the central office in Southeast Denver with hybrid work options. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, at least one year of relevant experience, bilingual abilities valued, and vaccination against COVID-19. The position emphasizes coaching, documentation, and collaboration within a diverse client base, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
