Job Summary
Employment Support Professional to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities find competitive jobs. Will network with community businesses, assist clients in setting and pursuing career goals, and document progress using a web-based data management system. Requires strong communication with individuals served, their families, case managers, employers, and team members; involves frequent collaboration and community engagement while supporting clients to thrive and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Class E Chauffeurs license
- Access to a licensed and insured vehicle
- Ability to pass applicable background checks
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (preferred)
