Job Summary
Provide individualized and group support focused on job readiness and employment skills for individuals with disabilities. Assist participants in identifying career goals, developing person-centered employment plans, and navigating community resources. Implement teaching strategies aligned with Individual Support Plans and behavior plans while promoting independence and informed decision-making. Maintain respectful communication with individuals, families, team members, and community partners. Complete timely documentation and uphold agency policies, confidentiality standards, and human rights. Work Monday through Friday 8am-4pm at a nonprofit mission-driven organization committed to empowering individuals facing developmental and mental health challenges.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
