Job Summary
As an Employment Specialist in Adult Day Services, you will plan and schedule activities and service plans for assigned individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include providing employment training services, assisting with job development, and maintaining accurate data collection for documentation purposes. You will develop vocational training sites and work collaboratively with employers and families to create appropriate programming. Candidates must have a high school diploma, one year of relevant experience, and knowledge of OPWDD regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with individuals with ID/DD
- Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and guidelines
- Must have automobile, good driving record and approved to drive for DDI
