Job Summary
Provide clinical therapeutic vocational services to adults with behavioral health needs, coordinating community and clinic-based employment-related services, developing individual job opportunities with local employers, delivering individual and group job readiness training (resume, interview skills, job search, personal hygiene, problem solving, transportation, and personal finance), and supporting clients to obtain and maintain competitive employment within Terros Health’s Desert Cove Recovery Health Center. Strong collaboration with community employers, adherence to contractual guidelines, and a compassionate approach to helping clients progress through recovery are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED OR associate’s degree OR bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field or related field
- At least three years of relevant vocational rehabilitation experience in a behavioral health setting (if HS/GED) OR one year of relevant vocational rehabilitation experience with an associate's/bachelor’s degree
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Background check
- Arizona Driver License and satisfactory MVR
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain one
- TB test clearance
