Job Summary
Conduct screening assessments to evaluate program members' present skill levels and develop individualized scope and sequence learning plans. Create and lead paid or unpaid work experiences, including internships and competitive integrated settings, while contacting employers to customize positions and secure opportunities. Provide on-site training and intermittent monitoring at work sites, offering travel training and coaching to maintain employment. Maintain strict documentation by completing progress notes within 48 hours, drafting Staff Action Plans, and submitting monthly updates. Collaborate weekly with supervisors to track goal progress and propose solutions, ensuring alignment with life plan objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- You are required to participate in all required/mandated trainings
- maintain all certifications related to job responsibilities (transcript for OPWDD and/ or ACCES-VR trainings, as needed)

- Experience working with individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Background, passion and proven results for teaching other people
- Passion for helping make the job landscape more equitable for people with disabilities
- Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills
