Job Summary
Build strong, trusting relationships with individuals seeking employment while developing connections with local businesses and community partners. Match job seekers to opportunities based on their skills, interests, and goals, then provide job coaching and on-site support as needed. Conduct employer outreach and visits to expand opportunities and awareness, collaborating with internal teams to support success. Coordinate services with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and other partners while maintaining documentation, billing, and service records using agency systems. This role requires a valid Wisconsin driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility in scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
- Experience in vocational services, human services, or working with diverse populations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working both independently and out in the community
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling
- Solid computer skills for documentation and communication
