Job Summary
Assist clients toward meaningful employment by motivating them through tailored activities and coaching. Connect clients with suitable job opportunities via the Employer Engagement team, help secure sustainable employment outcomes, and collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to appropriate programs. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with requirements. No prior Employment Services experience required as full training is provided. You will empower clients to build confidence and job-readiness skills, support diverse stakeholders, and demonstrate strong communication throughout the role. A current driver’s licence is required and Australian citizenship or permanent residency is needed to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment
- A current driver’s licence
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of applying
