Job Summary
Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey; collaborate with employers and the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities; help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work; collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services; maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements; you’ll be provided full training to perform these duties.
Required Qualifications
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at time of applying
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
- The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment
- A current driver’s licence
