Employment Services Professional

Provide employment services and supports designed to help individuals with varying disabilities find and maintain community-based employment. Duties include soft skills training, assistance with applications and interviewing, travel training, on-site job support and coaching, developing and monitoring individual employment action plans, collaboration with supervisory staff, networking with community businesses to promote inclusive employment, and acting as a professional role model while maintaining a positive presentation in all interactions. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, time management, and computer-literacy skills are required; candidate should be able to work flexible hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
