Job Summary
Provide employment services for individuals with varying disabilities in community-based settings using person-centered planning approaches; deliver soft skills training, help with applications and interviewing, travel training, and on-site job support and coaching; develop and monitor individualized employment action plans; collaborate with supervisors and vocational counselors; network with community businesses to promote inclusive employment; act as a positive role model while maintaining professional presentation; adhere to Medicaid, HCBS Waiver, ACCESS-VR, and other funding regulations; support career advancement and linkage to related services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related Human Services field
- OR Associate’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or Human Services with at least two years of relevant field experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED with combination of education and experience meeting/exceeding above qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with driving record acceptable to the agency’s insurer
