Job Summary
Provide direct oversight of assigned employment specialists through mentoring, coaching, and caseload management while supporting intake processes, reporting, and billing functions. Deliver direct employment supports including job coaching, pre-ETS, assessment, and travel training for individuals with disabilities both on and off the job site. Build and maintain relationships with community partners such as OPWDD, ACCES-VR, and school personnel. Complete required documentation, implement safety safeguards at job sites, and maintain HIPAA-compliant privacy standards. Work a rotation of shifts with flexibility, attend scheduled training, and participate in staff meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in education/human services/business related field strongly preferred
- Minimum of high school diploma and 3 years' experience in relevant field
- Leadership experience is desirable
- Valid driver's license that follows Heritage Christian Services' motor vehicle record standards, and reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work a rotation of shifts including flexibility with schedules is required
- Ability to work independently is required
- The ability to effectively communicate with individuals to further assure their growth and development are required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations is highly desirable
- Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred
