Employment Services Consultant DMHAS

As an Employment Services Consultant, develop, implement, and monitor ISPs for participants pursuing competitive employment; build relationships with community employers; assist program participants with job seeking skills, interview techniques, resume preparation and development of competitive worker characteristics; write timely and accurate reports, progress reports, and program reviews; maintain all program participant files according to State of Connecticut and CARF standards; maintain HIPAA privacy; ensure First Aid and CPR certifications and Collaborative Safety Strategy certifications; provide feedback to and elicit input from participants, family members and others; provide transportation to worksites as needed; participate in staff meetings and professional development; RSS training and experience required; experience working with adults with disabilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams; strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; satisfactory driving record and CT license with daily access to a vehicle.
