Job Summary
Employment Services Consultant to develop, implement, and monitor ISPs for participants pursuing competitive employment in the community; build relationships with community employers; assist participants with job seeking skills, interview techniques, and resume development; write timely and accurate reports and ensure HIPAA privacy while maintaining certifications; provide transportation to program participants to worksites as needed; participate in staff meetings and professional development programs; requires RSS training and experience and a current CT license with reliable vehicle access.
Required Qualifications
- RSS training and experience required
- Experience working with adults with disabilities, preferably with barriers to employment
- General computer experience, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Satisfactory driving record, current CT license and daily access to a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
